In our company, environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001 is used to ensure the sustainability and environmental compatibility of all products and operational processes.

Our production plants and manufacturing processes meet the highest requirements with regard to protection of the environment and health and safety at work.

>> Our bead mills and turbo mills work exclusively with closed cooling water circuits. This prevents any kind of water pollution and, at the same time, contributes to conserving natural drinking water resources.

>> There is a central exhaust system for extraction air with active filtering. This prevents any unnecessary discharge of emissions into the environment.

>> We have undertaken to increasingly developi and produce ultra-high-solids and water-
soluble coating systems as substitutes for conventional coating materials, for the good of both the environment and our customers.

>> Both our manufacturing processes and production flows and our operating resources and installations were successfully certified free from defects by DEKRA, the German vehicle inspection and safety agency, in accordance with §6 German Health and Safety at Work Regulations (BetrSichV). This shows that we are able to reduce any kind of potential hazard to a minimum.

>> As a member of the German Paint Industry Association, we actively participate in the worldwide initiative „Responsible Care“ (www.responsiblecare.org) within the scope of our environmental management.

>> Occupational health and safety have the highest priority for our company since these are the prerequisites for carrying out any kind of work. All business divisions are regularly inspected and certified by Technical Institutes of Occupational Health and Safety .
